Why do I say "and counting?" Because of Venezuela, and because these numbers are out of date. Consider that the numbers from North Korea is only up to 1987, but we know for a fact that Kim Jon-Un has killed many of his advisers and they still practice the incarceration of families into work camps. Venezuela is run by a socialist president and government. Its people are starving, and it's only going to get worse.
